BLACK FRIDAY – EARLY ACCESS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Availability: Early Access Booking opens to all customers in Bengaluru and Chennai on 11th November at 11:11 AM, exclusively at Koramangala, VENDI Malleshwaram, HSR Layout and Purasaiwalkam stores.
  2. Booking Slots: Six slots will be available per day at each participating store, with a 90-minute shopping window and a 15-minute reset interval between slots.
  3. Customer Limit: A maximum of 12 customers will be permitted per slot. Each confirmed customer may be accompanied by one guest. The accompanying guest is not entitled to shop independently under the same booking.
  4. Booking Confirmation: A minimum advance payment of ₹15,000 is mandatory to confirm the booking. Bookings will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  5. Advance Adjustment: The advance amount of ₹15,000 will be adjusted against the customer's final jewellery purchase bill. Any remaining balance must be paid at the store.
  6. Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances and can be utilised only towards eligible jewellery purchases under the campaign.
  7. Campaign Offer: Flat 65% OFF on eligible Regular Studded and Jewellery products, as applicable under the Black Friday Campaign. Offer eligibility will be as per the campaign guidelines.
  8. No Return / No Exchange: All purchases made under the Black Friday Campaign are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
  9. Slot Timings: Customers are requested to arrive on time for their confirmed booking slot. Late arrivals may result in reduced shopping time, subject to store capacity and operational feasibility.
  10. Booking Validity: Bookings are valid only for the selected store, date and time slot. Transfer of bookings to another customer, store or time slot is not permitted without prior approval from the company.
  11. Offer Restrictions: The campaign offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts or benefits unless specifically authorised by the company.
  12. Management Rights: The company reserves the right to modify, amend or withdraw the campaign, booking conditions or offer terms, if required, without prior notice.
  13. Slot Postponement & Extension: Confirmed booking slots cannot be postponed, rescheduled or extended under any circumstances. Customers must complete their shopping within the allotted 90-minute slot. Any unused time cannot be carried forward or adjusted to another slot.
