Return Policy

  • Eligible Returns: You can return products in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a return equal to the bill value.
  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, made-to-order or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded once it matches your approved specifications.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, or incomplete, or you receive an empty parcel, here’s what to do:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share a 360-degree unboxing video as proof of the issue.
  • Our team will carefully evaluate the provided details and quickly decide whether a return or exchange is possible.

Repairs & Repolishing

We believe your jewellery should always look its best. That’s why we offer repair and repolishing services:

  • Repairs: Free for the first 30 days. A small fee applies afterward.
  • Repolishing: Free within the first 30 days. A nominal fee applies after 30 days.

Shipping Details

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹1000.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our delivery partners.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Creating your perfect piece takes time and craftsmanship. For personalized, made-to-order, and customized jewellery, the manufacturing process typically takes anywhere from 7 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
