- Made-to-Order Products: Customised, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery may require additional manufacturing time, ranging from 7 days for personalised items to up to 45 days for made-to-order and customised jewellery.
- Tracking Details Update: Customers receive tracking details through multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Email, and SMS to monitor their shipments easily.
- Estimated Time of Arrival: The estimated delivery time provides an approximation, with actual delivery times subject to the policies and procedures of our third-party delivery

- Customised Orders: Orders for customised or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded once the product meets the customer’s specifications.
