What is the rewards program?

Our rewards program lets you earn points with every purchase you make at our store. For every ₹100 spent, you’ll earn 10 points. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

How do I earn points?

Making a purchase: You earn 10 points for every ₹100 spent on your purchases. For example, if you spend ₹2,000, you'll earn 200 points.

Referring friends: Share your referral link and earn points when your friend makes their first purchase.

Other activities: Signing up, following us on social media, and leaving product reviews may also earn you points.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you’ve accumulated points, you can redeem them for discounts on your next purchase.

For example, when you collect 500 points, you can redeem them for a ₹250 discount on a purchase of ₹5000 or more.

To redeem:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Visit the rewards section.
  3. Select the reward you want to redeem.
  4. Apply your points at checkout to get your discount.

How many points do I need to redeem a discount?

To redeem a ₹250 discount, you’ll need a minimum of 500 points.

Is there a minimum purchase amount to redeem points?

Yes, you can only redeem your points on purchases of ₹5,000 or more.

Can I combine rewards with other promotions or discounts?

This depends on the promotion. Some rewards can be combined, while others cannot. Check the terms and conditions for details.

CanI transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Whathappens if I return a product I earned points for?

If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

For example:

  • If you earned 100 points for a ₹1000 purchase and later returned the product, those 100 points will be removed from your account balance.

How can I check my points balance?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Rewards Section to check your current points balance.

Can I use my points for in-storepurchases?

Currently, points can only be redeemed for online purchases. Stay tuned for updates on in-store rewards!
