  • All jewellery sold under the Vendi brand is made of 925 Sterling Silver.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital modes.
  • Vendi reserves the right to cancel any order in case of technical issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Cash On Delivery

  • COD orders up to β‚Ή10,000 will have an additional COD surcharge of β‚Ή200.
  • COD orders above β‚Ή10,000 will have an additional COD surcharge of β‚Ή400.

5. Partial COD

  • For orders worth β‚Ή15,000 & above, customers must pay 50% advance to confirm the order.
  • The remaining 50% can be paid at the time of delivery through COD.
  • Orders will be processed only after advance payment confirmation, wherever applicable.
  • COD availability depends on the delivery location and courier service availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and product availability.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer.
  • Vendi is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above β‚Ή999. (Shipping charge of β‚Ή200 applies to orders below β‚Ή999.)
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our delivery partners.
  • During the campaign period, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes.

7. Offers & Promotions

  • All offers, discounts, and promotional codes are valid for a limited time only and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Vendi reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at its discretion.

8. Campaign Terms & Conditions

  • Discounts may be applied automatically at checkout unless a specific coupon code is mentioned.
  • Campaign offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
  • No exchanges, returns, or refunds are applicable on items purchased during any campaign or promotional period.
  • The brand reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices may vary based on market conditions, including fluctuations in silver rates.
  • All offers and discounts are valid only for the duration of the campaign, as communicated on official channels.

  • This offer is valid on purchases made through the VENDI Silver website and VENDI Silver retail stores.
  • Products purchased under this offer are not eligible for refunds.
  • Products purchased under this offer are not eligible for exchange.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, discount code, or promotion.
  • The offer is applicable only during the campaign period and on eligible products available online and offline.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of VENDI Silver shall be final and binding.
  • VENDI Silver reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw the offer without prior notice.

13. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a customer requests to cancel an order, the paid amount will be issued as Store Credit. This Store Credit can be used for future purchases on the Vendi Silver website and is not refundable to the original payment method.
