Terms & Conditions - Vendi Women's Day Wishlist Contest

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before participating.

1) Eligibility

• This contest is open only to participants who are 18 years and above.
• To participate, you must complete all steps: registration, email verification, wishlist creation*, and slogan submission.

2) Contest Timeline

• The contest is valid until 8th March 2026* (11:59 PM IST).
• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3) Correct Information Required

• Participants must enter accurate and valid details including Full Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
• Any entry with incorrect, incomplete, fake, or random information may be disqualified.

4) Wishlist Requirements

• A valid entry must include a wishlist with a minimum of 3 products added.
• Your wishlist must remain active and unchanged until winners are announced.
• If the wishlist is deleted or reduced below 3 products before winner verification, the entry may be disqualified.

5) Slogan Submission

• Each participant must submit one original slogan about women in the provided field.
• Entries without a slogan will not be valid.
• Copied or plagiarized slogans may be disqualified.

6) Winner Selection (Fair & Transparent)

Winners will be selected based on the overall quality of the slogan using these criteria:

• Originality - unique and not copied
• Relevance - fits Women's Day / women-focused message
• Creativity & clarity - easy to understand and well-written
• Impact - meaningful and strong message
The Vendi team will review entries and the final decision will be final and binding.

7) Prize Details

• 3 winners will each receive a Rs. 5,000 Vendi Gift Voucher.
• The voucher can be redeemed online and in-store.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8) Voucher Validity

• The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date it is issued.

9) Winner Verification & Claim Process

• Winners will be contacted on the registered mobile number and/or email.
• Winners must respond within 7 days (1 week) of being contacted.
• Winners must submit a valid Government ID proof, and the name must match the name entered during registration.
• Accepted ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or any Government-valid ID.
• If a winner does not respond in time or fails verification, Vendi may select an alternate winner.

10) Marketing Communication Consent

• By participating, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communication from Vendi via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Calls.
• You can opt out anytime by unsubscribing through the available unsubscribe option in messages or by opting out from marketing modes.

11) General Conditions

• Vendi reserves the right to change, update, modify, or cancel the contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• This is not a lucky draw or lottery-based contest.
• Winners are selected based on slogan quality and merit.
• Participation does not guarantee winning.
